We offer free international shipping with DHL Express for all orders above USD500.
On orders below USD500 a USD50 flat fee is charged at checkout.
Yes — all international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so any applicable taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable on returned orders.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please allow between 2-5 Business Days for delivery depending on your location.
All orders are sent with DHL Express which is already the fastest option available.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come. If you would like to return your purchase, we're pleased to offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- All returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags intact.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless found faulty.
- For US orders returned for change of mind, please note that any import duties and taxes we covered on your behalf upon entry are non-recoverable and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note we don't accept returns for our Made-to-measure service.

Our team will provide you with further instructions to send your item back to us.
We will provide you with a DHL return label if you wish to return your order. A USD50 return fee and any applicable paid duties/taxes that were paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund once returned and processed.
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 2-4 business days for the funds to return to your account.
Due to the limited availability and the low stock nature of our offering, items might sell out quickly. If you would like to exchange your order for another size or something else, we recommend submitting your returns request and purchasing your item to assure it doesn’t sell out.
