All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Afterpay, Paypal and Shop Pay.

READY TO WEAR
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE I AM?

Our size chart will show size equivalents for each garment type and how to measure. If you need any assistance with finding your size, please contact us via Whatsapp or send us an email.

WHAT IF I’M BETWEEN SIZES?

All of our tailoring items allow for alterations to a certain extent. If you’re unsure about your sizing, please contact us via Whatsapp or email us so we can recommend the best size for you. 

Should our sizes not work for you, all tailoring items can be made to your measurements through our Made-to-Measure service. To find out more, please book a Virtual Consultation.

CAN I MAKE ALTERATIONS TO MY GARMENT AFTER RECEIVING THEM?

Most of our tailoring collection allows for alterations with additional fabric to let out or take in. If you’re unsure or need help for a specific item, please contact us on Whatsapp or send us an email.

CAN READY TO WEAR ITEMS BE MADE TO MEASURE INSTEAD?

Yes, all of our tailoring collection can be Made-to-Measure. Our Resort collection cannot be Made-to-Measure.

CAN I RETURN A READY-TO-WEAR ITEM?

Yes, we offer returns for our ready to wear offering. To learn about our returns T&C’s please visit our shipping & returns page.

MADE TO MEASURE
HOW DOES MADE TO MEASURE WORK?

Our made-to-measure program offers access to our complete design collection, high-end fabrics, and a custom fit. Our stylist will personally guide through the options and work with you to find the best designs, fabric and fit. A comprehensive posture analysis and measurements review is then conducted before making your unique garment which will take 6-8 weeks. A virtual fitting is then conducted where we assess fit and recommend any alterations if needed.

WHAT FABRIC OPTIONS WILL I BE OFFERED?

We offer a wide range of fabric options from some of the world’s best mills which include: Loro Piana, Solbiati, Dormeuil, Drapers, VBC, Huddersfield, Holland & Sherry, Carnet and more.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME FOR MADE TO MEASURE?

Our Made-to-Measure offering takes between 6-8 weeks depending on the fabric availability. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping depending on your location. An option to expedite is possible depending on the fabric and time of year. Please book a virtual consultation to discuss with us your requirements.

CAN I RETURN A MADE TO MEASURE ORDER?

Made-to-Measure orders are not eligible for a return or refund.
